EGYPT 2021 REGISTRATION STEPS

 

  1. Please complete the Registration Form - Pricing Form - Cancellation Policy

  2. Email, as an attachment, or Mail your completed registration to Fred Boshardt with Tour options indicated, signed Cancellation Policy and your check payment enclosed. Venmo as a check payment to Karen-Lovelien. Make PayPal check or credit/debit Payment below.

  3. Please email a color photo of your Passport, open to the photo page, and a 2" x 2" color head shot photo of yourself. Be sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after the date you return to the US.

To reserve your space, please pay a $500 non-refundable deposit with registration before 8/15/21. 

Your full payment is due 9/15/21.

Before sending your application and $500.00 deposit, please read the cancellation policy.  Your signature below indicates that you agree to those terms. Please make your check (no credit cards accepted for deposit) payable to: Soulular Clarity, at the address below.  Your name on your airline tickets, this form and passport must match. You will avoid a $350.00 airline & service charge for reissuing your ticket in the correct name.  Deposit is due now to reserve your space. Balance is due before September 15, 2021. Your Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your return to the US return date.   Please include a color copy of your passport picture page. Call if you have questions.

CANCELLATION AND TERMS        

  

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: $500.00 deposit is non-refundable, unless you find someone to replace you. 

The following charges apply if cancellation is made:

  • 90-77 days, 20% of the total pkg. price; 

  • 76-61 days, 75% penalty of total pkg.; 

  • 60 days or less 100% penalty of total pkg. price. Additional fees may apply for late payment.         

 

CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY: Nubian Tours/First In Service/Pat Walker Travel (NB/FIS/PWT) will make every effort to operate all tours according to the itineraries as shown or included. Situations may arise, voluntary or involuntary, which would require changes in the itinerary. There are times that unexpected or unforeseen local conditions will prevent the completion of an itinerary or may require alterations. Those conditions could include weather, government appropriation of hotel space or events that are beyond the control of (NB/FIS/PWT). If any of these events occur, we reserve the right to alter the itinerary as deemed necessary. If there are any savings realized by these changes, it will be passed on to the traveler. Every effort will be made to confirm the hotels and lodges named in the itinerary. In the event that these hotels and/or lodges cannot be confirmed or must be changed once confirmed, we will select an appropriate property in the same category.  All itineraries, hotels and venues are subject to last minute change.  Any changes will be discussed with tour leaders prior to confirmations.  

 

TOUR PROTECTION PLAN: Travel insurance is strongly advised. Cancellations can be very expensive depending on the country involved.  Contact us if you are in need of travel insurance.
